Rip-off

On the 12 August 2020, i wrote a review regarding the Service and delivery fee i was charged and no has contacted. i was charged R6600. i want this matter resolved as quick as possible. i was ripped of.

Service and delivery fee "on the road fee". I was charged a Service and Delivery fee of R 6600, and according to the National Consumer Tribunal. NCR issued a compliance notice against Volkswagen ordering it to cease and desist charging, on the road fees, administrative fees and/or handling fees. and refund consumers who were charged with interest.

so my question is why was i still charged even though, they were not supposed to have charged me. and the funny thing is i drove my car off the show room. but i was charged for delivery.
