Poor service

I send an email requesting the NATIS documents and i didnt receive a reply so called their call centre and spoke to Simphiwe Dlamini who **** to me and said the documents have been sent and He will send me a confirmation email. I didnt even receive the email so i called the call centre again and i was told that the documents were still in their building. I really dont understand why it took more than 4 days just to prepare and sent documents off. This institution is offering bad service first the handed over my account to attorney without communicating with me and i settled the account, now i am struggling to get my documents.
