Pathetic Service from Volkswagen Financial Services
I had 2 Volkswagen Financial Services accounts, last week i paid them both up . My balance reflects as 0 . So i tried to apply for finance with them today .I was declined because i have to wait 30 days for my payments to reflect before I can apply . Ridiculous. I maintained my accounts extremely well
