Pathetic service and incompetence!

Settled my vehicles with them end of September 2021. They still debited my account end of October, 2 weeks later, 3 telephone conversations later and 3 emails later, I still don’t have my refund! Absolute pathetic service!! Next step I will see them in the small claims court!
