Ongoing poor service
After my review on 18 April 2022, I received a phone call from VW Financial on Tuesday, 19 April, they promised that I'll receive the documents by Friday 22 April. Today, a week later, Tuesday 26 April, still nothing!!!!!!! No phone call, no email, no documents 😡

I was phoned by Elliot Mohale and was told that the I'll receive my documents last Friday.
It will be a week tomorrow and still nothing. And no emails get answered as well.
It will also be a month tomorrow since I've paid to receive my documents.
I will never recommend this service at all!!
