No Covid 19 relief granted after approved
App**** for Covid-19 relief, and received approved confirmation, early April 2020. However, April, May and June the full payments were deducted. VWFS repeatedly only send an automated reply to my queries, nothing further. Horrible service I will not finance a vehicle through them again.
