Incompetence,*******ity, NO accountability....
Unilateral changes to account terms and conditions. Lack of transparency over new terms. No contact details provided. Web of ineptitude. No department or person able to answer basic information about account. Unilateral new account opened with balanced rolled forward. Again, no answers but still no person/department to even address it to......I could go on and on.
