Falls and wrong information given

After applying for Covid 19 payment relief as per the president of South Africa said, i have now lost 50 basic points on my Credit scoring where else i was advised that it wont affect my credit scoring. i called Vwfs for better explanation and no one can assist me, i have been taken to one department to another holding a phone for more than 45 minutes and still no one can assist me. only thing i need is my scoring to be fixed asap since i am no longer able to qualify to buy a house because of Vwfs
