Disappointing service from VW Finance

I am very disappointed in the overall service received from VW Finance. VW Finance went ahead and deducted my Full Debit order despite the fact that there was nothing owing and the account was in credit. I then received a statement today, 16/01/2024, whereby I was charged interested on an account that reflected a credit balance. I called in to get assistance from a Team Leader who was not very helpful. I then requested to speak to the CEO and on doing so was told that I am being transferred but was convenietly cut off. Please arrange for the interest that was charged to be reversed and a Full refund for both the Interest charged and the debit order that was deducted be paid back to me urgently. I will sure not be using VW Finance for any future vehicle purchases.
