Disappointed Customer 😡

I had a my vehicle cloned and now I need VFS to assist me in getting it cleared and getting a new registration. I have been to the licensing department at watloo and they told me they can’t help me because I don’t have the Original registration document, the document is with the VFS. VFS proxy department has not been helpful in this regard
