Charged delivery fee whereas I collected my car

I bought my car from Volkswagen Bethlehem. I've just realized now when I check my invoice that I have been charged a delivery fee whereas I collected my car personally from their show room. When I contact the sales man who assisted me he then reffered me to their financial clerk who then called me to say that the R5114. 48 was not for delivery and she will send me an email with details of what the amount was for. I've been waiting for the email since the 7th of August. I contacted them earlier today again and the finance lady then reffered me to someone who told me that he is sending the email "now, now" I'm still waiting for a simple email which specifies what I was charged for.I just want an explanation or my money back with interest if I was wrongfully charged. I'm really frustrated with them as this is not the first incident I was wrongfully charged. I was charged for licensing my car which they didn't do. I later went and claimed the R1000 that I was charged with no interest whereas I am going to pay the money back to my back with interest.
