Can I finally close this chapter
I have been trying to receive a refund from VW Financial Services to no avail. I am making a fuss about it because of the treatment that I received from their consultants who do not know how to communicate with clients.
Long story short, I would like my refund from VW Financial Services. Numerous emails have been sent to no avail.
Kindly finalize this matter in order for me to move forward please.
The service has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never look at a VW again
