Audi/VW Financial service shortfall ****

Audi Finance have been debiting me VAP Premium Plus R179.63 for 45 months while they also took a shortfall cover on my behalf as my agency on Msure. The problem is that M sure has also been debitting me separately as per policy wording. There is no policy wording for the R179 Audi Financial services has been debiting me but they say it is for shortfall, meaning they sold me 2 shortfalls and audi Financial services say that they did not acquire the shorfal from Msure on my behalf but on the policy they were even allocated a agency policy number. ths policy was taken by audi as it was signed on the same day with the vehicle purchase contract.
