WV financial service harassment

I not happy with how they handle my issue I was I arrears with my car installment and in December 2020 I made arrangements to pay extra R1250 towards my arrears plus my normal installment and every month these two amount goes off as a debit order, but I am being harassed, and the asking to send proof and I have doing so everytime they call and I do not understand what do they want from me I feel harassed, I am not so happy with all this I just wish they can take their care back, they am so ****ed.
