Worse financial service and customer service

Fed up with VWFS. I have arranged for the refinancing of my balloon payment and they have made a mistake a put in a wrong account number which I dont even know were its coming from. I'm on hold now for an hour trying to fix their mess. Im being transferred from one agent to another. This is the 7th agent im holding for. I regret the day I took finance with VWFS. Now I have to make arrangements for the instalment to go through but none of them are willing to assist me.

My advise, consider them not. They will ruin your day. worse yet, your year.
