Waste of time!!!!

I requested a settlement letter from you on Thursday 13/05/2021, today is the 18/05/2021 - i have received nothing, not even a reply to say it is being actioned, your website gives the option to get a letter, but when selecting it, it gives an error - Pathetic!!!
