VW/Audi financial services requesting R350 to receive Natis docs but dont provide the service promised

As a client i am upset after settling my vehicle i followed all the requirements in order to receive my Natis document. I was advised that they having issues with the licensing departments not accepting their change of ownership forms and i should pay an amount of R350 in order for them to carry out the change of ownership which i done. 14 working days later i followed up as i received no feedback and i was told this does not apply to my area it was only at this point that i received a notification via sms that my Natis docs were requested.

not only has the whole process been delayed for almost a month but i paid for a service not received. i have sent an email to the customer support email however there will probably be no response as i have still not received any feedback from my previous emails

one would expect better from a reputable company but clearly they only in the business of doing there best to ***** from clients.
