VW Financial Services - worst service ever.

I have settled my outstanding balance on my car loan. I have supp**** all documentation. I have supp**** proof of ID / Residence / New Name / I HAVE SUPP**** YOU WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD IMAGINE. And all you come back to me is to say you can't open my ID. I then supply in Jpeg format, then in PDF format - I can open!!! But you can't. I request that you call me. I stay on the line for 17 minutes - get to chat to Lerato who asks all the above questions all over again. She can hear I am upset and says she will log a call. Wow - thanks so much for the *** service. I pay the courier fee to get my NaTIS documents - I have done everything in my power to give you everything you need - and still you send me these automated emails - with absolutely no content, no contact number, no nothing. I then request that you change my name on the registration papers as Janine Wain was my married name and I am officially Janine Myles - I supply my divorce papers, I supply proof of new address I supply my new ID - and 10 days later you tell me - NO. Can't use. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU???? Does everything in this country have to be so hard. So badly done - your service is disgusting. And no one calls back. No one cares. Well I am going to keep on giving you the worst rating possible until someone has the manners and the decency to call me. 100's of emails, numerous phone calls and still ... nothing. Shocking service. Worst I have ever received.
