VW Financial Services (Col Serve) - Cold and Unsympathetic

Deeply disappointed by the way I have treated by VW Financial Services being a self-employed individual and having to make a living in these trying financial times. My every interaction with VW Finance Collections department have been nothing but cold and unsympathetic. I called VW Financial services to arrange a payment plan, seeing that I am a self-employed family man and that has been hugely impacted by the Covid-19 Lockdown and post lockdown. Being a Real Estate consultant has affected me to a point of zero to minimal income some months since Mar-20. It has really been hard financially since the Lockdown, but even worse when a company such as VW Financial Services are so cold and unsympathetic to their clients . Being the responsible individual I am, I called VW Financial Services to make a payment arrangement, I was informed that I must pay the full instalment and there will be no grace on this. I was even requested to possibly have my vehicle auctioned, thereafter will still be liable for the outstanding amount post the auction. Is VW Financial Services this heartless to figuratively kick a person when they down, clearly this is the disappointment of my reality and I think it is even worse seeing that I have supported VW for more than 30 years and have never been in the financial predicament that I see myself in during Covid-19 lockdown at current.
