VW financial plans are just bogus ways to make money off you even when the car is gone

They still have not returned my money they took before Christmas even though my car was settled and is registered on someone else’s name. No one cares so don’t take finance with them nor allow them access to your banking details I’ve been told before Christmas I need to wait 10 days for a refund something I can’t afford as it’s a chunk of my salary.
