Settlement payments proof & Double changed document fees

I have fully paid my car and this Financer has a way to frustrate a customer..they tell me they need payment proof of the settlement and want me to pay document fees again to get my natis documents. They are very adversive and would milk every cent out of a customer till you have nothing with higher interest rates and unending charges. I paid document fees on signing the contract, please stop playing hide and seek
