Poor service regarding payment relief

Very poor service,

I been put through 5 people and neither of them could help me.

They say they dont have a payment relief for people affected by Level 4 lock down, despite my account not being in arrears they insist they cant help me, its either i pay 70% or 50% dont know where will i get that when ive not been working since the announcement of Level 4 lock down last month.
