Paying two insurance for one car

Last year March they asked insurance proof I sent but on same month March,they took for me Hollard insurance of R1100 then my instalment guest to R7955.00 for 2021 T cross ,I wrote emails no one responded to because I want a refund must be pay to me not on the car because I will not see that they refund me if no one saw it I was going to continue paying my insurance and the one they took for me for one car I am not happy because I sent documents and STD bank sent too.I even called today my airtime finished their agent never bother to call back.
