License disk still not received.

I utilised the VW financial services license disk renewal service. On their website it states that for Gauteng it will take 5 to 10 working days to have the licence delivered. It has been over 2 months and I am still waiting!

I ordered my license disk with 1 month until expiry, I have now exceeded the 1 month grace period and am liable to get a fine as the license disk has still not arrived. They cannot refund me as they say the disk has already been submitted to the department. What a mess - rather go and sort the license disk out yourself.

If someone could provide me with urgent feedback on this matter I would appreciated this.
