Debit order not processed

On July 29th, I informed VW Financial Services regarding a modification in the bank details. Additionally, I dispatched a weekly reminder that included all necessary documents pertaining to the new bank information. As of today, September 4, 2024, my debit order has not yet been processed, and I have received an email from VW Financial Services requesting that I contact them concerning the failure of the debit order to go through.
