Debit of cancelled service plan

Am very disappointed with VWFS, I took a service plan in April and cancelled same within 10days however the service plan is still active and they still debit my account. I have sent emails and haven't received any response and called several times, am always being told that it has been escalated and someone will call me back. May you please stop debitingmy account and refund me.
