Completely *********** service!!!!

In September I requested a settlement amount on an account I had that was overdue. I paid the settlement amount as soon as I received the letter. I requested my letter to state it was settled, I was told I would get it in 2 days once the payment was processed. This was in September 2022, It is now 28 November 2022, I still have not received the settlement letter, I am still listed for this outstanding payment!!!! No one can assist me!!!!!! Mpho is handling my account but does nothing... Been given a supervisors number, Dumelo Mokwebo, she never answers her phone!!!!!!! I have called numerous times with zero assistance just being transfer to numbers that don't exist or cut off! I have email service@vwfs... no reply!!!!! I do not understand how this company functions.
