Complain

I went VW polokwane today to change my bettry they didn’t help they took my car and parked it … told them iam using a maintenance plan for liquid capital.. and i told them to call liquid capital early because they like to say the cant find my policy number every-time we have to claim we have to sent them proof .. they only tried to call liquid capital around 14:00.

And liquid capital did what they do best… and say they can’t find my policy..
