Be financial services are terrible
My car has been sold awhile ago and they continue to debit my account after it was settled and is now on someone else’s name. Unacceptable

22 Dec 2023, 08:24I’ve called them spoke to Mbali was refused to be put through a manager let left me waiting and was told I need 3-5 working days for the money to clear in their account then 3-5 working days to refund my money. Who gives them the right to debit someone’s account in the first place. There are rogues please don’t use their finance services they will take your money and ignore helping you. I no longer have an account with them who gives them the right to be using my banking details to take money. It’s not legal

Who gives them the right to debit someone’s account in the first place. There are rogues please don’t use their finance services they will take your money and ignore helping you. I no longer have an account with them who gives them the right to be using my banking details to take money. It’s not legal

The car has been settled ivy the dealership I called a days later they assured me everything is sorted the car is on someone else’s name and they want me to wait 10 Days to refund my money. That’s *****. Vw has no right to take money out of anyone’s account if there’s no contract with them. It’s now Christmas and they took out soo much money they cut calls and no one is willing to help. Never take finance from them!

They took out monies before Christmas on a car that was settled and registered on someone else’s name and not a soul called me to sort this out. A chunk of my salary gone and they say I need to wait 10-14 working days for my money. It’s Christmas it’s new year it just awful what they did and how they actually don’t care that they took out this money when it’s needed most. All I was told is that I will be refunded. They seriously need the law to intervene. Just never finance with them trust me as long as they have your details they do as they please
