Good Day .

I am not happy with how my case has been handled . I paid VW on the 10th of December R70 000 then i therefore request for settlement amount after that i paid the balance of R****5 on the 19th of December. However on the 23rd i was fully charged R2757.74 with is my full premium and that was not suppose to happen because i fully paid the car . I called immediately they said the refund will take 24 hours to reflect its now 5 working days and the money hasn't been paid. i have been calling their call centre non stop they are all telling me stories . My ID no. Is *** . I want my money back
