Absurd turn around times and poor communication!

Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I’ve been trying to buy a new Audi for a week now. But VW finance has made this almost impossible. I paid a deposit and app**** for VW finance providing all documentation requested last Thursday, with the hope of collecting the car by Saturday.

On Saturday, I was advised VW finance are still processing my application and on the Monday afternoon they asked for more information I.e. bank statements etc (one would have thought they would of known for maybe onset this was required), nevertheless I sent bank statements over. Today, a week after my initial application, they have requested driving license, passport etc. which I have already sent on 2 occasions and my payslips, (again one would have thought they would of asked for payslips at initial application, not 6 days later)! After a week I’m still no further forward with the purchase, furthermore VW finance are unable to advise when it is likely to be processed.

Clearly The VW groups don’t value my business and apparently don’t want to sell vehicles. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such gross incompetence and disdain for a customer.

If there is no progress by tomorrow, I have no option but to find an alternative dealer. This experience has put me off buying anything from the VW/Audi group again.
