I'd like to appreciate a good service from Volkswagen SA. My vehicle broke down because of a damaged clutch kit, Volkswagen was quick to arrange it to be towed to the nearest dealer. It was all fixed within a week and I was not required to pay anything since the warranty covered. This extreme level of good service is rare in this country so we must appreciate it if we get it.
