False Advertising

False advertising. VW Finance website lists a number of banks which VW has registered with for online payments. My bank was listed on the website, but VW HAS NOT registered for autopay with the bank, despite claiming on their website that they are registered. I had to go to my bank, pay for a bank draft, pay for a tracking number and then MAIL the payment to Ontario. Ridiculous. Tip for VW: REGISTER FOR AUTO-PAY!!! And stop publicly claiming you have registered with certain banks when you have not.
