VW CONSTANTIA SERVICE CENTER , VERY DISSAPOINTED

My bro in law took his vehicle to this service center 3 times every time he takes it , it stands for 8 days a time and when it returns the problem not fixed and the same day need to be retuned it went in for overheating collected the van it had to go back , 3rd time it is now water pump , why not check everything before releasing the VAN they supposed to be specialist , however doesn't seem that way
