<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I NEED YOUR URGENT ASSISTENCE, I CANNOT BE PAYING FOR THE CAR THAT IS NOT IN MY POSSESSION OR NOT EVEN WORKING.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>i had a bad experience with vw in Benoni with my new (vw up) i bought it six months ago. I took my vehicle twice for service, before the second service i bumped to a pothole and the arm bush was dislocated i sent it to vw Benoni they checked and said it was only the arm bush its fine. i asked if do i have to refil the oil because it was dripping they said check if it’s still leaking. i monitored for a few days it was still leaking. i sent it back they said there is nothing wrong.</p> <p>In the morning i heard some strange sound. Then I took it back and they tested it and open it to see what is the problem they mentioned that the gear box is damaged i need to speak to the dealer it seems like there was no oil in it</p> <p>I called the dealer they said that it would have gave me a problem within 3 months i drove it for 6 months and was serviced more than twice. there is no such.</p> <p>Between VW IN BENONI AND KIA IN KEMPTON PARK SOMEONE IS PLAYING GAMES WITH ME AND I DON’T NOT APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY ARE TAKING ME PILLAR TO POST WITH NO PROPER FEEDBACK NOR FOLLOW UP TO EXPLAIN WHO IS TAKING LIABILITY FOR THIS……</p> <p>IT IS HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE THAT WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF BUYING A CAR NO ONE CAN EXTABLISH WHAT THE PROBLEM IS INSTEAD THEY WANT TO PUSH THE BLAME TO ME.</p> <p>IF I WANTED A SECOND HAND CAR I BELIEVE I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE LOCAL MACHANIC AT THE LOCATION,</p> <p>I HAVE REACHED THE STAGE WHERE I AM GOING TO STOP ALL THEIR PAYMENTS FROM DEBITING INTO MY ACCOUNT, I CANNOT BE PAYING FOR A CAR THAT I DO NOT HAVE.</p> <p>I AM DISGUSTED BY THE FACT THAT I WAS GIVEN A COURTESY CAR FOR 30 DAY BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVE MY CAR ISSUES,</p> <p>I MADE ARRAGEMENTS YEATERDAY OF RETURNING THE CAR TODAY , TO MY SURPRISE I RECEIVE A THRETENING EMAIL FROM VW IN BENONI THAT IF I DO NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE BY END OF BUSINESS TODAY THEY WILL REPORT THE CAR ******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU TAKE ME FOR</p> <p>IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTER YOU HAVE MADE MY LIFE SUCH A MISERY!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>HOW THE HELL DO YOU THINK I TRAVEL TO GET TO WORK IF YOU ARE BUSY TAKING YOUR TIME PLAYING GAMES,</p> <p>TAKE NOTE THAT I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER IF NO RESPOND IS GIVEN TO ME. I AM NOT EXPECTING YOU TO GIVE ME THAT CAR BACK BECAUSE ALREADY I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I AM ALWAYS GOING TO HAVE THAT PROBLEM CONTINUISLY.</p> <p>IF ITS ONLY 6 MONTHS AND I AM EXPIRIENCING SUCH PROBLEMS FOR HOW LONG WILL IT LAST</p> <p>I HOPE TO RECEIVE A CLEAR AND SOBER RESPONSE FROM BOTH THE COMPANIES AND I HOPE TO GET A WORKING CAR IN A GOOD CONDITION!!!!!!!</p>
