Hatfield VW Commercial bad service

Booked my VW Caravelle bus for a standard service 2 weeks in advance. I took a days leave on the day and checked my bus in at 7:30 in the morning. After many calls I had to make late the afternoon 16:30 to check if my bus is ready for collection.The service adviser says that he was too busy with other customer cars and did not attend to my bus. Hence, went to collect my bus unserviced before a long weekend, VW Hatfield will never see me again.
