Unprofessional

My car had a technical problem which took them a week to figure out what was wrong with it. Very friendly people however they had my car for over 2 weeks. Eventually the car was fixed and then when I asked if the warranty will cover it, the owner said he forgot to put it through the warranty and I must pay myself and they will submit the claim. Took me over a week just to get them to submit the claim. When I try following up with them about it, the lady just ignores my messages. Phoned the insurance company now and they said the claim has been canceled cause VW clinic never submitted the documents even though they said they did. Been calling and calling them and they just ignore my calls. Very unprofessional people. Will never use them again. Whoever uses them, don't ever try get them to submit a claim for warranty. Once they receive their money they don't give a **** about you anymore
