Vw booysens false advertising

False advertising on major service. No one explains to you that it excludes items. They phone you an hour later to tell you that it’s an extra R1800 to change a v belt. Why call it a motor service when basic service items are excluded. They called me to tell me previously I need to change a leaking water bottle and wheel bearings. I told them not to change it. Three services later after nothing was changed they found no fault in those items. They *****ing people over. The service manager Trevor Naidoo did try to assist me by giving me a discount on the v belt but that does not change the fact that it’s false advertising.
