Pathetic Service

Took my VW polo for a Service and there was quite a number of things to fix. The service provider had to go on emergency leave When the car to be booked in again for additonal work nobody called for 2 days . had to follow up to find out whats happening. They promise to call back but that never happens.. the Service Manager is hard to get hold of . Eventually the Dealer Principle got involved by asking to speak to him .. After 3 days of back and forth and begging for feedback they said to come fetch the car on a friday afternoon betweem 3 and half 4 the car will be ready .. but clearly that didnt happen. So dissapointing as payment was made and i spent R20K which might seem like peanuts to the dealership but thats my hard earned money .. and get treated like a damn idiot. I will never ever go back there .. the dealership needs to take customers seriously.
