My car parts are being replaced with old parts

I have been taking my vehicle to the VW Booysens for years now and I have noticed that everytime I take my vehicle for a service to them they are taking my car parts and replacing them with old parts. The first time I started experiencing this was when my battery was taken out and replaced with a old battery because it gave no problems until it came back from the dealership then a month ago I took my car in for a major service and my car came back with old back and front wiper blades that keeps making oil on my windscreen when it rains. I did not Have this problem before I took it in. It is impossible for me to only be experiencing this problems everytime I fetch my car from the dealership.
