VW doesn't want to pay back the money

I took my VW Polo for repairs to VW Barons Pietermaritzburg. Repairs were done and I fully paid for the repairs. Subsequently, my vehicle insurance (Liquid Capital) also fully paid the same VW branch for the same repairs. Therefore a double repair amount has been paid to VW Pietermaritzburg for these repairs. As such, I've been trying to recover my payment from VW.

My problem is that VW Pietermaritzburg is seemingly refusing to pay me back. I have been communicating with Mbali Mabasa from Barons VW Pietermaritzburg, but for the past few months there hasn't been any feedback from her, she is completely unreachable and nobody at VW is willing to assist. This is a last resort as I really need my money.

Please help me in getting some assistance from VW to resolve this and pay me back. I have all the paperwork regarding this issue.
