Hi, My name is Mandisa, I'm a VW T-Cross owner , Mileage: 35 000.

On the 1st of June I took my car to VW Barons PMB for brakes replacement then the following week there was a brake failure which led to an accident.

I lodged the complaint about the brake failure and the Manager rep**** by saying they are not responsible for what happened, I couldn't understand since they are the 1 who had just replaced the brakes. Even the tone used showed arrogance.

If you can please assist I would really appreciate.
