vw barons pathetic servie

This is to inform you guys to stay away from this dealer no matter what so heres a summary of my story and what I am currently facing With VW Barons

1. 22/03/2023- Vehicle was booked in for the gearbox leak and the right indicator bulb. There was a delay due to the shop not having the tool to strip the box.

2. 24/03/2023- Claim was loaded with Innovation Group for a oil leak and the diff which needed to be stripped for further assessment.

3.27/03/2023- Box was stripped and the faults were found as per estimate of R41000 for the repair.

3. 28/03/2023- Accessor was booked by Barons for the vehicle however what the vehicle was stripped and quoted for was not what the accessor found, as per assessor no faults could be found and the only damages are damages confirmed and caused by the tech who worked on the vehicle, they then rejected the claim based on that

4.03/04/2023- I then had to contact my service advisor and advise her on the claim, she then stated she will call me back by cob which never happen

5.05/04/2023- After days of not receiving feedback from the dealer after several calls and a mail to the service manager i decided to drive and come to the workshop.

6. Sat down by Service manager and said there is nothing he can do but that I take this to the ombudsman however based on the report from Dekra the issue is with the tech who stripped the box which I feel i should not be liable for.

This is absolute daylight ******* by this dealer how do i have to be liable for something broken in their workshop, if the gear was seized i should have been advised this needs to get broken off to assess further, secondly the report is issued by Dekra so as per report the technician did confirm he had damaged the part upon stripping

My vehicle is at the dealer since the 22/04/23 and up until now nobody has called me or even said this is what they going to do to assist me, Everytime i call the dealer nobody answers
