Vw Barons Edwin Swales - ZERO CARE ONCE A SALE IS MADE

I have purchased an Audi a3 sportsback 2017 model in August 2019, the car was in excellent condition until i had to rotate the tyres which i went to Hi Q. there I found that 2 of the center hub caps had being stuck on with silicon, i have this on paper by HI Q and i saw this with my own eyes. Upon confronting the sales representative, zero concern was shown and bluntly a no we cannot take responsibility, how am i supposed to know it was broken if it was stuck on? No common sense. If this is not resolved i will take further action as this dealership sold me a car that had hidden faults. I have taken this to AUDI as well and they urged me to take this matter forward with this dealership as they are tarnishing their brand.
