VW Barons Edwin Swales - The worst

We will never take our car to vw barons edwin swales again. Water pump has broken 3 times in a year and a half with 3000kms use on each pump. Either shotty workmanship or not using genuine parts. Customer service is non existent as well. Have to do all the following up and work ourselves. Extremely poor service.
