Vw Barons Edwin Swales

Been a long time vw supporter and have had no issues with previous vehicles purchased.It was with disappointment that I started having mechanical problems with my latest purchase a Polo highline R line. I contacted Mags from the service department and he was very knowledgeable and asked me to bring it in. Upon arrival agreed that the vehicle had a fault. I left it with marliny the service advisor. Vehicle was diagnosed and I was kept informed regularly. The repair was done in excellent time and when the vehicle was returned it was clean. This experience has left me very impressed with the staff and the professional manner my issues were dealt with. Thanks guys.
