Poor service from Vusi mlungwana executives sales manager.

Bought a car financed told the car has a tracker which turned out to be false. I had to constantly fight with them over 2 months trying to get them to refund money claimed for a tracking device never installed. The executive sales guy Vusi and the Absa bank rep Calson were not helpful got to a point were Vusisaid his done his part and I had to figure out who hasn't done their job and speak to them ...so I being a customer had to call and find out who hasn't done their part and I customer had to get them to do their job. Pathetic service. Had i known I would have never even considered buying from them . Karabo the sales lady was helpful perfect service from her.
