Poor after service

Two weeks ago my vehicle went in for brake replacement. Repairs were done but I was not informed of the vehicle being ready for collection. Service manager Ashish had an excuse. The brakes are still faulty 2 weeks later along with 6 months old wiper blades, tried calling Ashish after complaining to VW SA, Ashish was not in. 7hrs have gone by and the service manager has still not returned my call. When and if he does call, it will be another excuse. Pardon me Mr Ashish and Barons VW, I paid for the maintenance of my vehicle. I'd appreciate not being **********.
