I just need my money back

I bought a new car the person who was helping me his name is Sphamandla Maphumulo he said to me i need to pay R30.000 for a deposit for the car and he will come at my home to pick up the money and yes he did come and take the money because it was my first time i buy a car when i sign the papers at barons i see the bank didn't ask for it i talk with spha manager he promised to help me with this issue but i'm still waiting spha is still working like nothing happened and spha tell me if keep on asking about this money something will happen to me so i don't know where to go now and not feeling safe i even wish i don't buy this car i just want my R30.000 that all i even have proof when we talking about this money please help tell me what to do
