Barons VW dont care attitude for customers

Another disappointing experience by the useless Barons VW Edwin Swales. Service advisor Noks. Firstly, the driver takes 1 and half hours to fetch me, I had to make my own arrangements to get to the dealership to fetch my car. Nocks is always on lunch! Nobody, incl Marlini could phone the driver to find out his ETA. She **** to me that she did call when in fact i spoke to the driver, he denied this. Secondly, my handbrake was not adjusted, as Noks stated it is part of the service. Thirdly, the service book was not stamped. I have to now make another stop to get these attended t0. Barons service is really gone from bad to worse over the years. I miss the old days when customer service was priority when people like Sanjay, Christine, Ashish were still around!
